Year 2004......
Bihari Obama (mr nitish kumar) talked about Hope.....same word later used by B.H.Obama in US.....result....People trusted both of them.......Reality both turned out to be below than average performer .......... But dont worry ..... Mr Kumar or Mr Obama may not be around forever but HOPE will stay with us....hopefully...
Bihari's all across the Globe wanted to see a Change of Image that Great Social Movement champion Sri Sri 108 Mr Lalu Yadav and family had created in their 15 Yrs Rule or shall we say misrule.....
All caste combination failed miserably thus Mr Nitish Kumar was elected as chief minister for the state. Everyone from Bihari's leaving in Bihar or outside alongside whole nation had great expectation from Mr Kumar.
Before we talk of Kumar saheb achievements lets talk a minute about what made Bihar so worse that even someone in kalahandi (oorisa) would give a sarcastic jibe to a well paid Bihari guy. Was it Unemployment or Illiteracy or Industrial failure.....I am sure none of these reason was the core issue, it was bad administration and bad law and order that made the once Best administered state the worst. Lalu ji created a new way of governance by giving no administration to people, no security, no law n order........rest is history....we all know how Bihar started to being perceived by the nation and the world..........
After so Much of permutation and combination Mr Kumar managed to snatch the power from laluji. Well educated, well dressed, always politically correct mr kumar give a very clear signal to all Biharis that here is a man who will change everything......we never ever thought how but believed that kumar can change.....
Next Year again people will decide but on what basis........on what ground.......which option.....time to look behind and judge......
I have just returned from Bihar....spend good time there traveling all across....
I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE PEOPLES VIEW BEFORE I CONCLUDE THIS STORY WITH MY EXPERIENCE (not based on caste, religion or anything)

मेरे ख्याल से बिहार की हालत बहुत सुधरी है | गन्दगी को ख़तम करने में पांच साल और लगेंगे | रातों रात विकास नहीं हो जाता | अगर आपका सवल कुछ और है, तो कृपया ब्लॉग हिंदी में लिखें या उचित जगह प्रकाशित करें. मेरे ख्याल से यह हिंदी के ब्लोगों की जगह थी, हिंदी और अंग्रेजी का फर्क स्पष्ट समझ में आता है|

Khayaal aur sachhai main farq hota hai....maslow theory kahta hai ki logon ke zarurtain samay ke saath badalti hai.......aur badle hue zaruraton par kaam ho raha hai ya nahi yahi yaksh prashn hai...

आपकी तरह ही मेरे विचार भी थे, रणधीर जी भी इसी विचार से इत्तेफाक रखते थे, नीतिश जी का ये पांचवां साल जा रहा है इस से पहले के चार साल हमने सिर्फ इसी भरोसे बिताये कि विकाश हो रहा है, मगर जब सुदूर ग्रामीण इलाके में जाते हैं तो विकाश कि सच्चाई और हकीकत से सामना होता है. ग्रामीण तो दूर कि बात है जरा मधुबनी और दरभंगा जो कि जिला और कमिश्नरी मुख्यालय है जा कर देखें, ना ही बिजली ना ही पानी सड़क का कोई अता पता नहीं,
रही बात हिन्दी कि तो मित्र मैं जानता हूँ कि हिन्दी कि कौन सी जगह है कहाँ जगह है इसके लिए मुझे आपसे सलाह की जरुरत नहीं पड़ेगी. सूचना और विचार भाषा का मोहताज नहीं होता और आप भी इसे आत्मसात करें.

हरेक बार जब गाँव जता हूँ तो विकाश कि झलक देखने कि उम्मीद ले के जाता हूँ मगर उम्मीद पर कुठाराघात ही होता है.
रणधीर भाई से सहमत हूँ, ये वो ढोल का पोल है जो दूर से सुने देता है मगर पास जाने पर दिखाई भी नहीं देता है.
