In my last blog i had written circumstances in which Nitish Kumar was elected as Chief Minister. Hope of Bihari's that they are going to have
- Better Administration at their disposal.
- Better Law and Order
- Better Education
- Better Health Services
- Better Roads and Electricity.
- and finally last but not the least, steps that would stop the Migration i.e. creation of Employment opportunities.
Since Mr Kumar is running his successful 4th year we need rather we will have to measure his performance as a chief minister and as a performer.
2nd very popular argument comes in his favour is that he gets compared with his predecessor i.e. LALU JI MAHARAJ, in my opinion comparing Nitish with Lalu is like comparing India and pakistaan, I mean you cannot ride on your opposition weakness or you cannot ask for vote because otherwise weak candidate or non performer will win.
You need to go to people basis what have you achieved, what change you managed to bring....
We need to have a constructive analysis based on CM's achievements.
My 6 points parameter will be the parameter which would decide how MR KUMAR HAVE LIVED UPTO THE EXPECTATION SO FAR.....
I know there would be lot of support from So called Bihari (migrants) in terms of some better roads but please avoid populist remarks, we need to discuss and apparently have someone who establishes Bihar as the numero uno state as their is nothing lacking in terms of God Gift to Bihar.....
Keep sending you precious remarks as this would help us get more insight....

what u had written is vry gd as far as development of bihar is concerned.i do agree with u that..what he has done in 4 yr is not enough to term nitish kumar as a chief minister,but ,here problem is tht..as what my mind is thinking...is thr. any bttr option than mr. nitish kumar as a chief ministerial candidate,thn only can ,wht u had written, wd turn out to b a meaningful term..best of luck for yr...keep creative writing for making a "sundar" bihar

you really highlighted the points that we must consider.
Atleast Bihar Govt have to stop the migrants and focus on the structure that can help poor people to be migrated.
They must review of their work and think once the promises that they made at the time of election.
